PW C100 Purpose & Objective
The Prince William Committee of 100 operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as defined in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, by providing nonpartisan educational forums wherein individuals may learn, study and discuss the essential issues, interests, problems, and goals of the people of Prince William County, the City of Manassas and Manassas Park City. We aim to further a better understanding of such matters and the efforts necessary for their solution.
The Committee of 100 shall take no action for or against issues and shall not urge approval or disapproval of specific subjects or propositions. The Committee of 100 shall be non-partisan and shall not participate in any political campaign or distribute material on behalf of any candidate for public office
Membership is open to individuals who reside or work within Prince William County, the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, and have actively demonstrated their interest in the affairs of these jurisdictions through participation and service in civic, business, educational, cultural, humanitarian or similar activities. Voluntary donations may be made at any time and are tax-deductible (Dues are not tax-deductible).
